Accessibility Standard for Customer Service
In Compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA)Whitehots is committed to excellence in serving all customers, including people with disabilities. All customer service provided by Whitehots shall follow the ideals of dignity, independence, and equal opportunity, in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code (the “Code”) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (the “AODA”).
As part of our commitment to accessibility, we will ensure that Whitehots staff are trained and familiar with various assistive devices that may be used by customers with disabilities while accessing goods or services, whether it be through their user experience on our website, or our customer service department. We will communicate in ways that take into consideration people's disabilities and continue to provide the excellent customer service we are known for.
Our whitehots.com Accessibility Project is currently under construction, we have a goal of supplying WCAG 2.0 Level AAA website accessibility for all online customers.
As we continue to improve our services for people with disabilities, we will post changes here within our accessibility statement section on our website to keep the public appraised with our progress.
